Hedgren provides a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, which is valid from the date of purchase. If you find such a defect within the warranty period, return the product with your receipt to the Hedgren retailer where it was purchased. The bag will be assessed by staff before any credit or replacement is offered.
Important: the warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. It does not cover damage caused by any of the following: incorrect use, negligence, carelessness, scratches, tearing, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid or water, stains, normal wear, damage by normal use or transportation damage (eg. airline companies).
Hedgren provides a 5 year warranty against material and manufacturing defects which is valid from date of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover any damage occurred by neglect, accidents, exposure, water, normal wear and tear, or transport damage (e.g. airlines).
Luggage locks broken by airline/transport personnel, theft or in the circumstance of breaking into your own luggage will not be covered by warranty.
All damages made during transit must be claimed against your transit company immediately upon collecting luggage.
