Returns

We want you to enjoy your new item(s). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us and we will issue you a refund or credit for the purchase price.

Things to keep in mind

• You have the right to return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of delivery of the product in question.
• Ensure your return is adequately packaged with internal stuffing & tags that it was sent to you in. Please do not crease the bags. 
• Your refund/credit will be processed within 10 working days from when we receive the returned item(s).
• Any items which are used or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
• You can return your order free of charge using Australia Post if you are resident in Australia. Instructions are on the Return Form download here.
• Returns coming from outside Australia are at the customer’s own expense.
